Exchange & Return Policy

At Wear Your Karmaa, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Exchange & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of the delivery date (including the day of delivery).

  • We offer FREE exchanges in the following cases:

    • Size issue

    • Wrong product received

  • We will arrange a free reverse pickup wherever service is available.

  • Products can only be exchanged for:

    • Another size of the same product, or

    • The correct product of the same value.

  • If you choose a product of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference online.

  • Only one exchange request is allowed per order.

Product Condition for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • Have all original tags and labels attached.

  • Be neatly folded and securely packed.

  • Be returned in its original condition.

Products failing these conditions may not be accepted for exchange.

Return & Refund Policy

We provide refunds only in the following situations:

  • Defective or damaged product received.

  • Incorrect product delivered.

To request a refund, please email us at support@wearyourkarmaa.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your Order ID

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

After verification, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or the bank account provided by you.

Exceptional Returns

In rare cases where a return is approved for reasons other than a defective or incorrect product:

  • A deduction of ₹100 will be made from the refund amount towards reverse pickup and logistics charges.

Refunds Are Not Applicable For

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Size issues (Free Exchange only)

  • Slight colour or design variations due to photography, screen settings, or printing process

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Products purchased during sale or using discount coupons

  • Damage caused due to customer handling or misuse

Important Notes

  • Please do not accept packages that appear damaged at the time of delivery.

  • We reserve the right to reject any exchange or return request if the product does not meet our eligibility criteria.

  • Slight variations in colour, print placement, or design are normal and do not qualify as defects.
