At Wear Your Karmaa, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 working hours after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • 5–8 working days for most locations across India.

  • Up to 10 working days for select locations in Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India.

  • In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks due to product availability, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen logistics delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, the tracking details will be sent to your registered email address.

Shipping Partners

To ensure reliable delivery, we ship through trusted courier partners, including:

  • Delhivery

  • Xpressbees

  • Blue Dart

  • Ecom Express

The courier partner is selected based on your delivery pincode.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order:

  • Please inform us within 48 hours of the delivery notification by emailing support@wearyourkarmaa.com.

  • We will immediately initiate an investigation with the courier partner.

  • The investigation may take up to 10 working days.

  • If the shipment is confirmed as lost due to courier issues, an appropriate resolution, including a refund or replacement (where applicable), will be provided.

Please note that orders are sometimes received by family members, neighbours, security personnel, or office reception. We recommend checking with them before reporting a missing delivery.

Important Information

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • Once an order has been shipped, the delivery schedule is managed by our courier partners.

  • Claims regarding missing deliveries reported after 48 hours of the delivery notification may not be eligible for investigation or compensation.
